Frequently Asked Questions

Are you a reseller or integrator?

WiseTech does not operate as a reseller, integrator or managed service provider nor do we receive vendor commissions tied to advisory engagements.

How are you compensated?

WiseTech’s advisory engagements are structured independently of equipment sales or vendor incentives. Compensation is derived solely from advisory and oversight services aligned with ownership.

In limited circumstances, equipment procurement may be facilitated through separate arrangements that remain operationally and financially distinct.

Why not rely solely on an integrator?

Integrators are accountable for system delivery. WiseTech is accountable for safeguarding the owner’s strategic and financial position through independent oversight. Integrator revenue is typically tied to equipment and services. WiseTech provides independent oversight to ensure scope clarity, contract alignment and performance validation throughout implementation. Our role complements the integrator by providing independent governance on behalf of ownership.

Do you work with in-house IT teams or outsourced MSP providers?

Yes. WiseTech works alongside internal IT teams and outsourced managed service providers to provide specialized advisory support and project oversight. We do not replace internal staff. We provide structured guidance during complex procurement and deployment initiatives.

When should WiseTech be engaged?

Engaging WiseTech early provides the greatest benefit. Pre-RFP involvement allows for clearer scope definition, stronger contract positioning and more informed vendor evaluation. However, oversight can also be introduced during construction or prior to final acceptance if alignment concerns arise.

What types of projects do you typically support?

WiseTech supports technology initiatives within senior living communities, assisted living and memory care environments, new development projects, institutional portfolios and select commercial properties. Engagements range from focused advisory reviews to full oversight across planning, procurement and validation.

What do you offer clients behind login?

We offer procurement services for active WiseTech clients. It supports documentation continuity and approved procurement coordination within the context of an advisory engagement. WiseTech does not profit from product sales tied to advisory oversight. Clients may also log service requests when their engagement includes ongoing coordination support.
